The weekend of Love

It was a fun Valentines weekend. I got to go and help in Aaron's school class. It is always fun to see the kids with their classmates. On Friday night Robert and I went to dinner and a movie because we didn't have a chance to go out on Thursday for our anniversary. We had decided not to get each other any presents but he cheated. My diamond fell out of my wedding ring about six months ago so he got me a new one. It is a princess cut and I really do like it in my setting.

On Saturday we went out to dinner with some friends for Valentines. We had chosen a restaurant we all liked and went over about 6:00 pm. Well they already had an hour and a half wait and we were hungry so we went to the Marriott and ate at the restaurant in the hotel. We went there last year and the food is really good and best of all there was no wait.

After a good dinner we went to check out the adult stake dance our stake was having. It was actually really fun. They had a live band and we meet up with a bunch of our friends in our ward an other wards. It was funner than any stake dance I went to as a kid so that was worth it.

After the dance a couple of friends came over and got in our hot tub. We ended up talking and laughing until 1:00 am. It's great to have friends we can just hang out with and have a good time.

sounds like a fun weekend. We planned on going to the dance, but Scott got called in to work and Crew has been really sick. We were home bound. Glad the dance was good, My good friend was in charge of it.

Sounds like your dance was funner than ours. It was funny though to see all those adults dancing to "Thriller"--special moves and all. I'm sure it would have mad the teenagers quite sick. :)
