What a week

What a week we have had at our house. Well I promised to post more about my niece Jessica's wedding that we went to on Jan. 30th. It was beautiful. We went to Sacramento on Wednesday and the weather was so nice. It felt like spring. We got to stay at my brother in laws house who lives there and have a nice little visit. My sister in law found the wedding video from when I got married 15 years ago. She, Arrie and I watched it together one night and it was so crazy seeing how much everyone has grown. All the little kids are now so grown up and some are married and have kids of there own.
On Friday we went to the Sacramento Temple to be at the sealing. The temple is small but very pretty. We took the kids a few years ago to walk through the open house before it was dedicated. It was of course a lovely ceremony. My new nephew (Keith) was just baptized a year ago so he is the only member in his family so It was a small group. Keith's family was waiting in the waiting room when we were done and we got to meet them for the first time. They are very nice and have been so supportive of Keith in his decision to join the church.

We went to the reception with te kids that night and Keith and Jessica had a ring ceremony there since his family could not be apart of the wedding. I have to admit Jessica's older sister has some of the cutest little flower girls I have ever seen.
At the end of the night Aaron caught the guarder and my nieces daughter Morgan caught the bouquet. It was a wonderful night to celebrate the commitment of Keith and Jessica. They waited a long time for this and worked hard so they could do it right. We are so proud of you both and hope you have a life filled with all the love and joy you deserve. Welcome to the family Keith.

After a fun trip to California we of course came home to the Super Bowl party at our house. I didn't get any pictures but we had a good time and good food.

Well, my niece Amanda has been planning on getting married on Feb. 25th but she surprised us on Tuesday and said she was going to get married on Wednesday afternoon at the courthouse. Well then at work on Wednesday I got a call and she decided to get married at the church at 6 instead. So we meet her and got to be apart of her wedding on Wednesday night. Then we went to Red Lobster to celebrate. She is so happy and we are happy for her. Welcome to the family Scott.

On Saturday we had a birthday party for grandma at our house. A few of her friends came over and the family. It was nice. The fun part of the night was after everyone left we played pop five with our kids and our niece, our nephew, his girlfriend and his best friend. We laughed so hard all night. We ended staying up until midnight playing. Now that is a fun game. We just need to get started before 10 so we don't stay up so late.

I would have posted sooner but our computer was out getting fixed.

What a whirlwind of weddings and celebrations. Sounds fun. I can't wait until we have weddings going again in our family. Amberly isn't too far away.
